Joe's Dream has always been to Run with the Bulls in Pamplona, Spain. I am trying to fulfill that dream for his 40th Birthday and would love for you to be part of it! A little history about the novel that made this event popular: Hemmingway's novel The Sun Also Rises features the running of the bulls at the San Fermin Festival in Pamplona. It is not a book about the San Fermin festival, but it does have a graphic description of the running of the bulls which has helped popularize the event in English-speaking countries.

UPDATE: We were able to fulfill that dream, thanks to all of you! We are going to Spain baby!!!

The trip is to be determined. Since Joe is the planner I will let him set the agenda! Once he realizes at the party what we are doing then he will update this section!!!

UPDATE: The itinerary is all set, plane tickets bought, hotels I mean hostials are reserved, train tickets purchased, back packs dialed in and fun times scheduled! The itinerary is:

July 1st - Fly out of San Diego through JFK to Madrid, Spain

July 2nd - Arrive Madrid

July 4th - Head North to San Sebastian

July 6th - Train into Pamplona and attend the Opening Day of the Festival - San Fermin

July 7th - Joe Runs With The Bulls down the streets of Pamplona!

July 8th - Train over to Barcelona and enjoy some awesome Tapas, Sangria and vist with Nicole's friend Alex!

July 11th - Leave out of Madrid to SD

When Joe was in High School reading Ernest Hemmingway, The Sun Also Rises, he set the goal to run with the bulls when he turned 40. The time is here! I am trying creating a "Dream Team" and would love for you to be part of this Dream!
