As many of you may know, for the past 5 or so years, our mother, with the support of our father, has been dedicated to learning Spanish. In so doing, she's listened to Spanish language tutorial tapes, attended classes, and volunteered for activities in which she's had to use her language skills. At one point, she had even gone so far as to label different objects throughout the house with their Spanish meanings! One of her ultimate dreams in this pursuit has been to actually visit a Spanish-speaking country. Our father, although not a student of Spanish, thoroughly enjoys travel and experiencing diverse people, cultures, and locations.
